A Community of Trust & Servanthood (ACTS)

Hey everyone, don't forget to RSVP for our potluck THIS SUNDAY at Magic Island! Over 30 adults and 15 kids are expected to join us. We are very excited to see everyone and their new additions. I will be there from 11:00 to set up a tent and save our spot, so feel free to come earlier to have fun at the beach and avoid fighting for parking. We will be providing paper goods and drinks for everyone. Please contact Amber or stu with the number of people attending and what you would like to bring. You can also check on our website for the updated list of people who have already signed up so far and what they will be bringing. We always have more than enough food so if you are running late, coming late, just stopping by or are inviting friends, please don't feel obligated to bring something. In true ACTS fashion we will share everything with everyone and still have more than enough. If you are only able to stop by, we would love for you to just come and join us for some good fellowship!

We are less than 80 days away from our retreat! Don't forget we will be meeting next week Saturday @ the Wang's to pray and plan for the retreat. **ACTS End of Summer Potluck**
Be sure to join us this Sunday for our ACTS End of Summer Potluck! We will be at the far right end of Magic Island next to the Lagoon in picnic area 36. Please invite your friends and join us for a good time of food, fellowship and fun! Let Stu or Amber know if you are able to join us and what dish you would like to bring. (more details)

Retreat Planning Get Together
Next Saturday, August 29 @ 4:30 PM, we will be gathering at the Wang's to pray and discuss the vision of the upcoming retreat. If you are interested in helping with the retreat, learning more about the retreat, or just want to hang out. Come join us for a good time of fellowship and serving together! We will be ordering pizza for dinner, so please let stu know if you will be joining us. (more details)

ACTS Worship Night
We will be gathering soon for a preview of the retreat and to prepare our hearts for what God has in stored for us by praising and worshiping His name. We will decide on the location and date next week Saturday at our retreat planning meeting. In the mean time, let us know if you have any special requests for songs that you would like to sing during our time of worship. (more details)

ACTS Never Let Go 2015 Retreat
Please make plans to join us for our Never Let Go 2015 Retreat from November 6-8! We have secured the Lodge at Camp Mokule'ia and are excited to see God's hand work at the retreat. It will be an awesome time of reconnecting and growing with others and our Heavenly Father. (more details)
